DuckGTEx (Duck Genotype-Tissue Expression) integrates multi-tissue, multi-omics data to construct a gene expression regulatory atlas of the Pekin duck. The project aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms by which genetic variation regulates gene expression, and to support molecular breeding in Pekin ducks.
